Ian left UCL with degrees in Physics with Space Science and an M.Sc. in Spacecraft Technology & Satellite Communications back in 1997. He began working in financial markets in 1999.
He worked as a dealer for a number of years, and after joining Killik & Co in 2007, he managed the Richmond team from 2016 until he became a partner in 2017. He now manages a team of investment managers in Head Office. He enjoys looking after an exciting range of clients from all walks of life. Having passed the Securities Institute Diploma in 2003, he is a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute. He sits on the Consumer Duty forum and is a member of the Vulnerable Clients steering group.
Having rowed the tidal Thames, he is a keen gardener, a member of the National Trust and an accomplished carp angler and guitarist.
