I have opened my account, now what?

Once we have set up your Direct Debit, the date of your first payment will depend on what you have chosen to set up.

 

Monthly Scheduled Rules will be notified the Tuesday after you have requested them, and then collected from your bank account the following Wednesday. This means the collection date will vary each month.

Weekly Scheduled Rules, Intelligent Rules and Boosts will be collected variably.
