I want to change my plan, how do I do this?

Silo is a discretionary service, and the plan we have recommended is based on the information you’ve provided. If you still think you are on the wrong plan, or your circumstances have changed, please contact [email protected]

What is my money invested into?

Silo is a discretionary service, the plan we recommend is based on the information you provide. Your money will be spread across up to 16 different investment funds, all of which contain a wide range of different holdings, so you never have all your eggs in one basket (what Investors term a well-diversified portfolio). You will be able to see a breakdown of exactly where your money is invested on the ‘Portfolio’ page in app.

When is my money invested?

It takes roughly five working days. We deduct your Direct Debit on a Tuesday and it arrives as cleared funds into your Silo account the following Monday, ready for us to invest the next day.
