How long does it take for me to receive my money after requesting a withdrawal?

We will always attempt to withdraw from your cash fund first, and this can take up to four days to reach your account. If there is insufficient cash and we need to sell some investments to make up the difference, this can take anywhere up to two weeks.

Can I withdraw my money?

Yes of course, you can withdraw your money from Silo at any point. There is no cost to make a withdrawal.

How long does it take for my money to move from my bank account into my Silo account?

We will send you an email notification one week before the money leaves your account the following Tuesday. Monthly Recurring payments are also shown two weeks before in app, to give you the chance to amend them if you change your mind.

How do I add money to my account?

Money can be added in three ways:

  • Monthly or Weekly Scheduled Rules
  • In app via Boosts and Instant Boosts (for amounts over £100)
  • Intelligent Rules

 

 

Is there a minimum or maximum that I can save into Silo?

No, there is not a minimum or maximum amount you are required to save with Silo.
