The Service
The Killik & Co Will Writing Service offers a simple way to make a Will, tailored to your individual circumstances. The service also offers access to estate planning specialists who can help you to mitigate inheritance tax.
Once you have chosen Killik & Co to help you write your Will, we will initially take down your instructions in writing and will also address your concerns regarding inheritance tax. Our specialist and highly experienced team will then draw up a draft Will which will be sent to you with a full explanatory letter. The team is available to answer anything which may not be clear.
Once you are happy with the draft Will, a bound copy is sent to you to sign together with full instructions on what to do next. Our team then verify the “due execution” of your Will and this is then stored in safe custody, without charge. Other important documents can also be placed with it.
As part of our after-care service, clients are assisted in keeping their Wills under regular review.
