Trainee Investment Manager

The Trainee Investment Manager role is a platform to develop and achieve the necessary competencies and qualifications to be able to progress into the role of Assistant Investment Manager.

Key Accountabilities

  •  To achieve the learning objectives specified in the trainee investment manager programme
  •  To provide administrative support to a team of Investment Managers
  • To learn about the processes that underpin Investment Management
  •  To develop technical knowledge around Financial Markets
  •  To learn about the business and the internal departments

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, in a relevant subject
  • At least 18 months experience within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrable experience of relationship management
  • Familiarity with financial markets and current affairs

Contractual Hours

8.00am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday
