We require a Silo Senior Product Manager to lead on the product strategy and oversight on future growth plans. To help determine the problems Silo is trying to solve and match solutions focusing on outcomes rather than output. Translate the vision and ideas into strategy and features and follow product development from start to finish using data to validate any hypothesis.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic
• Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and help define the product strategy.
• Collaborate with the team to define and agree on product plans and roadmaps with clear priorities and milestones
• Ensuring all ideas and changes are kept in line with the brand and the business objectives. This includes but not limited to signing off all copy, designs and functionality.
• Working with the appropriate stakeholders across the business in getting their feedback and keeping them abreast to the ongoing development
• Find innovative ways to identify the right monetisation strategies and growth

Customer and market analysis
• Assimilate all customer feedback ensuring solutions are delivered whilst staying true to the business objectives
• Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• Manage and lead on user testing
• Research and immerse oneself to fully understand the market, competition, and customer/user requirements in depth

Data/metric focus
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
• To manage and review the numbers and analytics and to report on these to the relevant stakeholders
• Gather, analyse and apply real world data and evidence to support (or contradict) ideas
• Ability to project and measure the impact of any launches. Must be able to define and measure success with clarity

Leadership & teamwork
• To work with the operations, developers, designers, and brand teams to align plans and communicate changes and progress
• To work with Silo Operations Delivery Manager to ensure the apps front-end are fully tested and compliant
• To foster a creative, ideas sharing, experimentation environment

Qualifications / Experience Required

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in Product Management
• Experience in customer testing – A/B testing or focus groups
• Experience in using data analytics to provide customer insight
• Experience in informing strategy

Contractual Hours

9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
