Middle Office Analyst

Ipswich

We require a Middle Office Analyst to contribute to the ongoing monitoring and controls in many aspects of the Firm’s day to day activities.

The primary function of the role is to calculate and apply management fees to our client accounts each quarter, ensuring they are charged correctly. Additionally, the postholder will also be required to assist Investment Managers, Wealth/Financial Planners, and other colleagues, with any queries that arise with Middle Office activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Feed and maintain client data into the Fee Management system
  • Create and maintain the fee rates
  • Manage and process with quarterly onshore and offshore fees
  • Process fee rate amendments
  • Assist Investment Managers with Fee related queries
  • Assisting in other functions within Middle Office as and when necessary

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Educated to GCSE standard at grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Competency with IT, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrable interest in numeracy or working with numerical figures 
  • Previous experience within an office environment is advantageous
  • Previous experience within Financial Services is advantageous

Contractual Hours

9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
