Marketing Assistant

We require a Marketing Assistant to join us to support the optimal delivery of Marketing activity, which aims to drive client acquisition, retention and engagement with maximum impact in terms of brand awareness and consideration.

Key Accountabilities

  • Helping team members with their individual marketing specialisms
  • Liaising with Branch assistants on collateral and marketing materials
  • Ordering and managing the delivery of marketing materials
  • Supporting Senior Content Manager in creation of short form copy / copywriting
  • Proof reading copy for formatting / spelling / grammatical errors
  • Formatting PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordination and minuting of team and agency meetings
  • Management of team expenses
  • Coordination of campaigns including email, digital, social media and print
  • Overseeing delivery of quarterly client magazine – Confidant – and other educational materials

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Educated to A-Levels standard or equivalent 
  • 6 months experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities to corporate objectives.

Contractual Hours

9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
