Marketing Assistant (Maternity Cover Contract)


We require a Team Assistant to support with the optimal delivery of Marketing activity, which aims to drive client acquisition, retention and engagement with maximum impact in terms of brand awareness and consideration.

Key Accountabilities

  • Helping team members with their individual marketing specialisms
  • Liaising with Branch assistants on collateral and marketing materials
  • Ordering and managing the delivery of marketing materials
  • Proof reading copy for formatting / spelling / grammatical errors
  • Formatting PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordination and minuting of team and agency meetings
  • Management of team expenses
  • Coordination of campaigns including email, digital, social media and print
  • Overseeing delivery of quarterly client magazine – Confidant – and other educational materials

Competencies / Skillset

  • Excellent time management, the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver to agreed deadlines
  • Ambitious and driven; continually looking for ways to improve
  • Positive approach to attendance and time-keeping
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • 6 months experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Contractual Hours

9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
