Assistant Currency Manager

We require an Assistant Currency Manager to provide FX and payment services to new and existing Killik Currency clients. The postholder will also be required to build upon existing client relationships, develop new client relationships, and assist in the growth of the business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provision of exceptional client service
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new Killik Currency clients
  • Build relationships with existing clients
  • Day to day operation of the Killik Currency desk, execution of client spot and forward orders
  • Resolution of client queries
  • Assist in the production and maintenance of marketing collateral
  • Drive organic referrals from existing clients
  • Build and maintain key relationships with Killik & Co Investment Managers and Wealth Planners to champion referrals internally
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports
  • Ensure CRM database is up to date

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is preferred
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • A demonstrable interest in FX and financial markets

Contractual Hours

9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

However flexibility will be required to work later on occasions
