How Killik & Co engages with recruitment agencies
If we are unable to directly source talent for our vacancies we do work with recruitment partners, however we adhere to a strict preferred supplier list (PSL), comprised of a few trusted recruitment agencies. All recruitment activities are managed centrally by the Human Resources team, and will be the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries.

Please note that we receive a large volume of enquiries and unless we are specifically seeking to review or add to our PSL, we may not respond to every enquiry from recruitment agencies.
