To provide strong administrative support to the Managing Director of Killik Capital, Partner, and the Killik Capital Team.
To provide professional and proactive administrative and PA support, including:
• Calendar management for internal and external meetings
• Letter writing, including initial responses to post
• Routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and collating information
• Organising client events
• Assisting with events and meetings, both during the day and occasionally in the evening, including serving coffee and wine
• Team administration and compliance regarding client service issues
