Purpose of the function:
The Trainee Broker role is a platform to develop and achieve the necessary competencies and qualifications to be able to progress into the role of Assistant Private Client Broker.
Key accountabilities:
• To achieve the learning objectives specified in the trainee broker programme
• To provide general administrative support to the designated Partner and team
• To build up technical knowledge
• To learn about the business and the internal departments, both in Mayfair and Ipswich
Competencies / skills set:
• Getting things done
• Communication and sharing knowledge
• Customer service
• Effectiveness and adaptability
• Team working
Qualifications / experience required:
• Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
• Significant experience within a similar role
• Appropriate qualifications
Reporting line:
A nominated Partner or Branch Manager
Location:
Mayfair Head Office
Contractual hours:
8.00 AM to 5.30 PM
